Meat efficiency and resistance of pigs depending on a genotype

The data on studying of meat efficiency and resistance of pigs of different genotypes are shown in this article. It has been established, that meat signs (length of the hulk, a thickness of the salted pork fat, the area of a muscular eye, the maintenance of a protein and essential amino acids in a muscular fabric) at mongrel pigs are better, than those ones among at the thoroughbred pigs. Mongrel pigs had more intensive metabolism, judging by quantity of erythrocytes, haemoglobin and serum protein and higher indexes of nonspecific protection of an organism. This has defined their higher safety.
