Mathematical model of hypertensive crisis developing risk as the assesment of antihypertensive therapy efficiency

The wide prevalence of hypertension and the severity of expensive complications retain the high importance of this pathology for modern cardiology. International recommendations note the intensity of changes in end organs of patients of different age groups rather than the importance of blood pressure.The multivariate analysis of truly measured parameters in a cardiologic dispensary clinical setting was held in our work. Multivariate analysis to determine the coefficients in the equation of the non-linear logistic regression was conducted on the basis of the resulting data. Given equation allows calculating the odds ratio for the development of such widespread complication of hypertensive disease as the hypertensive crisis. Using the graph of the equation’s solution one can see not only the probability of hypertensive crisis graphically, but also to evaluate the effectiveness of the antihypertensive therapy in dynamics.
