Interaction strategies between population and institutions of out-patient aid

The article deals with typical strategies of interaction between urban population and institutions of out-patient aid. The authors mark and analyze reasons of population’s distrust regarding to outpatient
aid as a result of negative strategies domination of social interaction between population and medicine, formed in the post-Soviet period. Key factors, forming population’s idea and attitude to
contemporary out-patient aid, are determined based on the secondary analysis of domestic sociological research. Role of mass media in the context of its influence on formation of interaction
strategies between population and out-patient aid is defined.

New technology of preventive nutrition amoung people working in harmful and hazardous conditions especially as part of a comprehensive prevention of technological environment exposure

The object of the study was a group of 34 people working in hazardous conditions which received 60 g of dry protein composite formula (DPCF) daily for 21 days as a cocktail during lunch break. It was determined during the study that DPCF is high-activity in elimination of the industrial hazards impact on human health. This suggests the desirability of including DPCF in preventive nutrition of people working in hazardous and extremely hazardous conditions, as this leads to a significant reduction in toxic processes, lipid peroxidation, as well as the improvement of the gastrointestinal tract and the employees’ general health condition.

Ivabradine application in patients with the cardiorespiratory pathology

The article is devoted to studying of Ivabradine (koraksan, «Servier») influence on prophylaxis of cardiovascular complications among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease associated
with ischemic heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in combination with metabolic syndrome.
It is established that Ivabradine can be applied among patients with obstructive diseases and cardiorespiratory pathology to prevent cardiovascular complications. Ivabradine authentically reduces frequency of stenocardia attacks and duration of painless myocardial ischemia, normalizes ventilation-perfusion ratio, positively influences on arterial pressure among patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in association with metabolic syndrome, raises patients’ tolerance to physical activity and reduces a risk of sudden coronary death in the patients.

Prophylaxis of children’s psychosomatic illnesses – pediatrician’s position

Psychosomatics is a branch of medicine and psycology that studies the influence of psychological factors on the appearance and somatic disease course. The cause of these diseases is traumatic past experience, psychic traumas of early infancy, which can have a long-term or chronic effect. CNS, dermal and digestive systems are the most open areas to the appearance of psychosomatic disorders. Prophylaxis of psychosomatic disturbances should be realised taking into account psychosocial, genetic and cerebral and factors. The principal treatment mode is psychotherapy. Children’s psychosomatic illnesses are among the most widely-spread forms of children pathology. The ability to diagnose correctly and to combine individually and efficiently the basic biological therapy with the psychotherapeutic correction and psychopharmacological therapy allows getting significant results in the treatment of these disorders.

Use of transrezonance functional topographer in diagnostics of acute inflammatory abdominal diseases

The article presents a new method in diagnostics of abdominal cavity acute diseases with the transrezonance topographer. There were determined normal laboratory values and abnormalities for acute inflammatory diseases of the abdominal cavity (acute cholecystitis, pancreatitis, appendicitis), and the experience had shown the points on the front of the abdomen, which reflects these changes.
